I love this cookbook! Chef Katie’s knowledge and passion for her baking comes through on every page. The book is brilliantly organized with tips, tidbits, and troubleshooting help for all of your questions before, during, and after your bake. It is simple and easy to understand not overly technical in its language but does provide you with strong technical knowledge. She even went so far as to provide you with an awesome salad and soup recipe in the back of book to pair with all the amazing breads you are going to make.
